CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Whiston called to order the Public Hearing at 6:30 PM on April 16, 2007.

Ken and Nancy Kennedy, Ken Cook, Jim Fleeson, Fire Chief Don Staiger.
Council: John Curtis, Steve Hart, Emily Shaffer, Brandon Strain, Keith Strait, and Betty Williams.
Mayor Tom Whiston, Clerk-Treasurer Sue Mermann, Administrator Dan Rogers.

PURPOSE
The purpose of the meeting was to review the proposed changes and updates to the current zoning codes as drafted by Poggemeyer Design Group. The Mayor presented the printed copies and briefly explained the requirements of changing the codes and stated that the Planning Commission has approved the draft.
No questions or comments were voiced.
The Mayor expressed appreciation to the Planning Commission and to Clerk Kathy Richards for the careful review and attention to detail in completing the proposed changes and requested that the Codes & Regulations committee present the final ordinance for Council adoption.
The Public Hearing was adjourned at 6:45 PM.
